WULA REPAIR DEPARTMENT

The mission of Wula Drum is to promote the highest possible standards of djembe repair service by providing customers with quality work and attention to detail. Every repair we work on plays to its maximum performance. Special attention is always given to the player and their drum.

Wula Drum owners are charged a Flat Fee of $150 for a complete rebuild of their drum. Every Wula repair includes: newly fitted rings, oiling of shell, fixing of cracks, new rope and a goat or cow skin.

Non-Wula Djembe repairs are $190, and every rebuild includes newly fitted rings, oiling of shell, fixing of cracks, new rope and a goat or cow skin.

Our repair technicians are highly trained artisans who evaluate all aspects of the drum to ensure that, upon its completion, the drum is in the absolute best condition possible. No part of the repair of your drum should simply be overlooked. Our artisans pay very close attention to details when servicing your Wula Drum.

Wula Repair Guarantee

If your djembe skin breaks within 30 days of delivery date we will repair it at NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER. Customer must however cover shipping cost. The Wula Guarantee Policy does NOT cover djembes whose breakage occurs from further tuning by their owner within the first 30 days. Your drum will be returned at an optimal tuning. Wula Drum does not hold itself responsible for additional stress added by owners to their drum within this period.
